<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">Interesting and I have no legal information to share - but I do have a story. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">When I lived in Seattle and was on my condo HOA board, there were a group of other condo HOA presidents that would get together. One of my fellow HOA President's was in a building that had a relationship with a mobile provider with antenna from their roof. Their board got the brilliant idea/advice that they could jack up the rent after the initial lease was done with the idea that they were already invested into their network placement/location of towers.
