<p class="MsoNormal">Listmates, I have another of those “ simple” things that is being forced into an expensive mess. My client has a property on which the school district has a small encroachment. We are talking a few square feet. Client wants to give
the property to the District. City is requiring a full blown BLA including a $25k survey (existing school property is large) as part of the submission package. I am looking for an alternative way to accomplish the goal. I know an easement may be my remaining
