Not only that but based on prior actions, the family have a protection order against the heir (violent attacks against family members). Due to circumstances of the probate (heir is getting cut out), we really need to get notice to the heir so we can get the
fight started, if there is going to be one. The sheriff is unable to find the heir to serve. Are there any alternative methods of serve of the notice of pendency of probate?
