 be complied with if the property is a “<span style="font-size:11.5pt">covered dwelling” defined in 15 U.S.C. § 9058.  This includes properties receiving federal subsidies or properties with mortgages
<b><i>insured by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac</i></b>. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-size:11.5pt"> </span><o:p></o:p></p>
