<p class="MsoNormal">I suggested the change because of lay people expecting the mail address to matter; they don’t know anything about legal descriptions of tax lot numbers; and I want to meet their expectations. It is true that those of us in the ‘legal field’
would not rely on a mail address; but I believe that most folks not doing legal work would rely on that address.<o:p></o:p></p>
