<p>I believe any prohibition against them taking title would violate
fair housing laws.</p>
<p>The only issue I'm aware of is possible FIRPTA withholding if
they are not a proper non-citizen resident in the US at the time
of a sale. If anyone sees another issue, please post to list.<br>

claim deed from parents (who own real property outright) to
their two children as JTWROS. One of the children is a non-US
Citizen. I don’t believe there is a prohibition against a
non-US Citizen taking title to real property. Aside from tax
issues, are there any additional considerations I should be
aware of?<o:p></o:p></p>
