exempt from providing information on material defects that they

<p>And not really part of your question, but perhaps implied, if the
seller learns of a defect from a buyer inspection they do not need
to amend their Form 17 for that transaction, but if that sale
falls through they would have to disclose/fix or take other action
for any material conditions they learn of as a result of the
inspection process.<br>

Representative who is selling a house becomes aware of
problems with the house when a prospective buyer completes an
inspection, the PR would not need to disclose those issues to
a subsequent buyer because the PR is exempt under RCW
64.06.020 from completing form 17, correct? I recall from an
earlier discussion that the seller should not receive the
inspection, so perhaps this will not even be an issue. The
transaction the PR is contemplating is with Redfin if that
makes any difference on this question.<o:p></o:p></p>
