<p class="MsoNormal">From a title company perspective, if I were asked to insure a transaction wherein that is the vesting deed I would require that I be provided the trust agreement for review. If John Smith were the Trustor and Trustee of a trust agreement
dated that day I would be inclined to insure.<o:p></o:p></p>
