<p class="MsoNormal">Gotta recite a subsection of -201 that they recognize as legitimate. You might even need to cite a subsection that is literally an
<i>example</i> of a transaction instead of authority. I haven’t been able to find a list of what subsections they allow as exemptions, so it’s kind of a crapshoot. What I do is, find a subsection that bears the closest relationship to the transaction my deed
represents, and cite that.<o:p></o:p></p>
