<div dir="ltr">John McCrady just responded to a similar question about the applicability of the Garn+St. Germain act and quoted a section that prohibits the enforcement of a due on sale clause when the transfer is to the child of the deceased mother. I think
 the lender is prohibited from making the daughter refinance the property.</div>
