<div> We send be certified and regular mail. Invariably the certified comes back but the regular does not. If the regular comes back marked "unclaimed", that is also reflecting that it is a good address. There are actually a couple of cases that mention that. So when this scenario happens, we know we had a good address, that the regular mail was actually seen by the recipient, and that the recipient is attempting to be deceptive. We will sometimes do this when we do not have to, just to see what they do, so if they seek to contact us to try to resolve some issue, it tells us if they are acting in good faith.</div>

<div dir="ltr">I have a client with extensive in-house contract creation needs. Many of the contracts are standard forms with fairly defined blanks to complete - similar to NWMLS forms but for a different purpose.<br>
</div>
<div dir="ltr">I am seeking recommendations for document management software that may be a good fit for this purpose - specifically contract generation. As with most things, there are a plethora of options online. Many focus on document search and storage functions, which would be helpful, but are not the primary needs of this particular client.<br>
</div>
