of the rejections. Just the most nutty. </span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:windowtext">The document was a release of claims. Long story as to why we were recording it. Why was it rejected first? Because we put in “N/A” in the section about
document to be released. But we were not releasing a prior recorded document. We were rejected because they said if it says release in the title, then you have to put a recording number of another document in that section. Period. No exceptions. We were
so dumbfounded that we just resent it in as is. Rejected for the same reason. We called and asked about it and explained what we were doing. Same response. We actually asked if they read the document and they said no they do not. So we resubmitted it
by whiting out the word release in the title. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:windowtext"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:windowtext">So later, same document, we got rejected because the print on the last page of the exhibit attached to the release was illegible to them. It wasn’t super
sharp but you could read it. Nope. And remember this was being rejected by the same people who said they never read the document. We tried to re-jigger the font size but that caused margin problems so we got rejected for that. We finally just removed the
offending page. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#002060">The real issue here is that there is no writing that lays out the specific format that is required on the REETA. Section 7 of the REETA clearly says “WAC number (section/subsection).” It does
<u>not</u> say WAC number (section/subsection) and paragraph number from the Supplemental Statement in the following format: (subsection paragraph) (no section or periods or spaces between subsection and paragraph).”</span><o:p></o:p></p>
