<p class="MsoNormal">Our client recorded a quit claim deed to transfer the property from two individuals to a married couple and where the wife took the husband’s last name.

<p class="MsoNormal">Although the Deed was properly recorded and shows up when conducting a records search, the Assessor’s office did not update the wife’s last name with their records they just added her middle name as her last name.
