<p class="MsoNormal">Before digging around myself, I wanted to see if anyone could provide me with the language required in a conveyance deed when granting real estate to minor children. This is a Personal Rep’s Deed from an Estate where the decedent gifted
real estate equally to his surviving spouse and two kids. Both kids are minors and surviving spouse would act as custodian for the minors. I’ve seen this before and can’t remember where, so any template deed or language would be appreciated.
