Mr. Cooper, no matter who they said to write etc. Phone calls with their
staff... very hard to get calls back and then not responsive.</FONT></DIV>

new notices.. for a year or more</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=4>I finally had to refer to a SNAP office because client had no
money to keep me running down blind alleys...</FONT></DIV>

any of you experienced problems with Nationstar / Mr Cooper not accepting
payments for any reason? I’ve got a situation where they rejected a
client’s payment for nearly the balance owed because “Our payment system will
not apply any payment that is within 90% of the payoff to the account.”
They then rejected a wire payment in the same amount that was annotated as being
made to <U>paydown</U> the loan because they still for some reason thought that
it was intended to be a payoff.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

with a balance of around $2,000 on the home loan, they are threatening
foreclosure. If they had accepted the initial payment, the balance should
