the loads associated with firefighting vehicles and equipment. The fire department has told him that, in the event of an emergency, the only vehicle they could send over would be an ambulance/aid car. PC has obtained an estimate of $25,000 in repairs to
improve the rating of the bridge to allow access by firefighting vehicles.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#002060">PC learned from his neighbors that, during the time that the Seller owned it, the bridge had collapsed and had been repaired on several occasions. The Seller's
disclosure at the time of sale did not reveal that there had been any issues with the bridge – the Seller's disclosure did not mention the bridge at all. PC also reports that there were other issues with the disclosure, but the bridge was his main concern.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
