<p class="MsoNormal">Common problem with questions on how to solve. Neighbor, a renter, accesses his home using an easement through clients property. Neighbor likes to speed down the drive. Client wants to know if speed signs can be placed, which I believe
they can, but in reality will not slow down anyone. Can speed bumps be placed in the easement? I believe I read a case where speed bumps were deemed an unreasonable interference with the dominant owners use of the easement; but maybe because they were very
large. What experiences have you had in this area?<o:p></o:p></p>
