<p class="MsoNormal">Back in the days when I handled UDs, I had a case where the tenants burned down a house in Seattle (the fire was their fault). The house was mostly nonexistent (i.e., open to the sky, etc…). They still refused to vacate and some “do gooder”
attorneys represented them pro bono, to defend the eviction. It took a three day trial (surprise – we won).<o:p></o:p></p>
