owner obtained a county Conditional Use Permit to turn it into a RV use.
The HOA will buy the lot if the RV usage will permanently terminated (unless
someone in future obtains a new CUP). Have any list members done
that? The use, although permitted, was never commenced. I was
wondering if the deed to the HOA couldn’t simply have a restrictive covenant
“running with the land” which prevents RV use which would be binding on all
future grantees/owners.</FONT></DIV>
