<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#002060">Client recorded a Declaration to establish a common interest community under RCW 64.90 and created an Association (i.e., an HOA) for that community. That statute pretty well sets forth the minimum requirements
and provisions that might otherwise be set forth in a set of Bylaws for the Association. Do any of you have a set of Bylaws that would complement such a Declaration without running afoul of RCW 64.90?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
