I approached Old Republic Title about insuring around the DOT based on the expiration of the six-year statute of limitations and non-enforceability of the DOT based on the recent case of E<i>ng v. Specialized Loan Servicin</i>g, Case No. 82378-7-I, Washington
Court of Appeals, Division One, filed December 13, 2021. ORTC declined and invited us to search for another title company in lieu of commencing a quiet title action.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
