<p class="MsoNormal">I typically file a QT lawsuit, followed by a motion to serve via publication. For defunct entities, I publish, wait 60 days, and file a motion for default judgment. The downside is waiting 60 days. Interested in whether others have found
quicker, more efficient methods of quieting title.<o:p></o:p></p>

of trust that secured a note that has been paid in full, but it seems that everyone but the Grantor is “in the wind.” My first option would be a quiet title action under Chapter 7.28 RCW. The second option I’ve used is an “administrative” clearance of title
under the provisions of RCW 61.24.110.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
