Real Property in probate will sell for around $600,000. Mortgage now in foreclosure is $320,000 (sheriff sale April 8) .  Net about $205,000.  Since there is a Judgement attached to the property for an amount of  $255,000, I need to revoke non intervention

 powers and get authority to sell. Anyone with some pleadings they would like to share?</div>

Or, what does PR need to be able to see the house, get the Title company to give marketable title to the new buyer and put the net proceeds in probate to pay the debts in order of priority (admin last illness) and then balance to Judgement? </div>
