<div> I would view the BF as a permissive occupier and not a squatter. Generally, I do not see judges making a distinction between the "guest" and the tenant. I would give the guest the notice. In all our UD matters, we always assert, John Doe and Jane Smith, h and w, <span style="font-weight: bold;">and all unknown occupants</span>. Invariably someone else is there. Our sheriff will act on orders that have that designation, but I recall that in some counties judges require the other occupants to be named which is a pain to have to do.</div>
