<p class="MsoNormal">Thank you for your responses. Like Spokane County, Sequim has one low-income apartment and there is a one-year wait to get in. We have tried cash for keys but we won’t give the cash until tenants are walking out the door and giving us
the keys; never works as they claim they can’t find affordable housing. Yes, we have offered to pay the cash to the new Landlord.

appearance. The assigned UDT judge pushes back hard on any additional continuances unless stipulated but for extraordinary circumstances.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">It’s been awhile but twice I have had “I can’t find new housing’ argument successfully argued by tenant's counsel which resulted in the court essentially giving the tenant
several extra months before the writ would automatically issue. With the Spokane residential market being on fire plus literally zero vacancies I could see the argument even having more legs with the court.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
