the two properties. Although Party 1 disputes the claim, Party 1 is willing to settle the matter by formally conveying the strip of land to Party 2 by way of a boundary line adjustment. However, Party 1 wants to prevent further incursions and any associated
claim(s) of adverse possession. To do so, Party 1 wants Party 2 to quitclaim to Party 1 any interest Party 2 might have in Parcel 1 now or in the future using a quitclaim deed with an “after-acquired title” clause.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
