<p class="MsoNormal">Years later landlord allows person (“ squatter”) to occupy an old outbuilding on the leased property.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Tenant doesn’t like it but says nothing.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Landlord and tenant now tell squatter to leave and he refuses.<o:p></o:p></p>
