<p>There may be a zoning issue. King County may not allow RVs on
land for longer than 60 days every year. All I have for that
position is the bottom of the first page of this 2020 document,
which is far from clear.<br>

agricultural land and wants to rent a single RV space to the
woman who takes care of the horses. The lease does not seem
to fall under the RLTA because it is not for a "dwelling
unit." Seems like maybe it falls under Chapter 59.20 -
Mobile Homes? Anyone run into this before and know the
answers off the top of their head. Advice would be
