you should also state that the grantor, Larry is aka Lorenso. Additionally, your grantor clause on the deed to the RLT should recite the language from the WAC stating this is a transfer of an owner into a revocable trust, which is exempt under WAC 458-61A-211(2)(g).
Your excise tax affidavit should reflect the same grantor clause, Larry aka Lorenso, and restate your exemption WAC.<o:p></o:p></span></a></p>
