Aerial Photography; Adverse Possession<BR><FONT id=role_document color=#000000

<DIV>Jamie,</DIV>
<DIV> You need to talk to the DOT photo lab in Tumwater.
360-432-0416. They have access to their stuff and DNR's stuff. There are photos
every 4-6 years depending on area and quality. Quality is determined by the
technology at the time and the elevation at which the photos were taken. </DIV>
<DIV> This a difficult process to do from a distance.
You have to go in and tell them what you want by looking at the negative and
then identifying an area, like an inch and a half square or so and have them
blow it up. You also need to ask them to certify it.</DIV>
<DIV> You alternative is to hire Terry Curtis from DNR
as your expert. 360-902-1210. He will also arrange for the photos.</DIV>
<DIV> Accessing these photos used to be very easy but
has become much more difficult with budget cutbacks.
