Listmates,  A corp listed as beneficiary on DOT. Was dissolved in 2004. We think the debt was sat<span>isfied by a deed in lieu on a different property in 2003. We now want to quiet title. Do we need to serve the old corporate shareholders as presumed holders

 of the DOT by distribution?  I appreciate your thoughts.  </span></div>
