<p class="MsoNormal">I did an ejectment in a similar case earlier this year where a relative stayed on after the deceased passed as there was not a landlord tenant relationship between the deceased and the relative.  I read HB 1236 to only apply to a landlord
 tenant relationship.  Unfortunately, you would still have to have grounds for a notice enumerated as an exception under the moratorium (“occupied as a dwelling”) unless you are willing to wait until it expires.<u></u><u></u></p>
