It was $8 for the 1st pg and $1 for each add’l pg until sometime in the mid 1990’s then it started increasing. In 2006 it was about $32 for 1st pg. I believe this truly is taxation without representation. Property owners and want-to-be owners have no idea these
fees are subsidizing purposes other than the administrative cost of running the auditor’s office.
