recording fees vary by type of document, but the standard fee is
$103.50, so with the new surcharge, that fee will rise to $203.50"<br>
On 4/24 our legislature added $100 to the fee for recording
documents with the county Auditor/Recorder. I think it was about
$35 not that many years (or decades) ago.<br>
