PR, has allowed an heir to leave an inherited vehicle on the decedent's property for about 4 years post death. It now needs to be moved but the heir has responded with threats.  In my letter providing formal notice, the concern I had was whether the PR could

 give just two weeks notice and whether it can be moved to the street even though it has no current tabs? </div>
