and moved it to daughter’s 20 acre parcel 15 years ago after sinking a
well. Daughter now says they are going to sell and mom has to leave
. Mom has very little money and is a senior. Use of land was
permissive. She also has a small mortgage.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=4>Assuming she sunk her last $30,000 into this project, could
she maintain an action for unjust enrichment against daughter? The well
and probably the mobile home increased the value of the property.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=4>Would any notice from either daughter or a new owner to get
out currently blocked by governor’s moratorium. Could she at least require
a 60 “going to sell it” notice?</FONT></DIV>
