However, at a minimum I think it would require that the seller assigned the right to the buyer. </div><div><br></div><div>However, it's not a far-fetched concern that some Commissioners could say "well, clearly the previous owner could sell the Property with the tenant in it - so unless the new buyer needs to sell or personally occupy, they can't evict."
