An owner, in the “short plat on the right” opened a walking trail through his lot and allows the general public to use it. This allows people from outside the two short plats to go through lots and resulted in increased litter and pet problems. Questions are: 1) can the other lots owners require the one to block access through his property, or 2) can other lot owners block non-easement holders access through their properties?
