The goal of the program is to give new and young lawyers an opportunity to become involved in the substantive work of RPPT, while developing into future leaders. A Fellows position is available to all lawyers who are younger than 36 years of age or have been admitted to the bar less than five (5) years and who have practiced in the real property or probate and trust area for at least one (1) year. This year, the Section will be naming one Probate and Trust Fellow and one Real Property Fellow. More information about the program and copy of the application is attached.
