Seems to have disappeared.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">I just sent over two trustees deeds for a couple of trustee sales I finished in King and Pierce County for recording. I have a large contingent of private money lender clients. Sending the deeds to a different large corporate title company in King County and discovered they won't do courtesy recordings (which I assumed) after sitting around for about ten days. I didn't use the title company who issued the sales guarantees because they were incompetent missing a judgment and a seven-figure subordinate deed of trust which would've not been noticed on the trustee sale but for my digging around. I fired the negligent title company.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">They sent the deeds over to a separate third-party electronic recording service who will be doing my recording for an additional fee. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Thoughts on setting up an account with one of these third party services?
