About a week ago a local title co. office did do a courtesy e-recording for me of a QC Deed with King County. It had insured a refinancing about a month earlier in which the lender had required title in the individual borrower's name rather than her LLC. The
QC Deed restored title in the LLC.<br>

clients. Sending the deeds to a different large corporate title company in King County and discovered they won't do courtesy recordings (which I assumed) after sitting around for about ten days. I didn't use the title company who issued the sales guarantees
because they were incompetent missing a judgment and a seven-figure subordinate deed of trust which would've not been noticed on the trustee sale but for my digging around. I fired the negligent title company.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
