About a week ago a local title co. office did do a courtesy
e-recording for me of a QC Deed with King County. It had insured a
refinancing about a month earlier in which the lender had required
title in the individual borrower's name rather than her LLC. The
QC Deed restored title in the LLC.<br>

fee. No annual fee. Just $4 per recording (on top of the
regular recording charge from the county of course). They
are supposed to be state wide and actually national. But
just check to make sure they cover the counties you are
working in. Snohomish County was a bit of a pain to set up

for recording. I have a large contingent of private money
lender clients. Sending the deeds to a different large
corporate title company in King County and discovered they
won't do courtesy recordings (which I assumed) after sitting
around for about ten days. I didn't use the title company
who issued the sales guarantees because they were
incompetent missing a judgment and a seven-figure
subordinate deed of trust which would've not been noticed on
the trustee sale but for my digging around. I fired the
negligent title company.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
