<p>There was a recent discussion of third party recording services
over at the realprop Google Group forum, but I can't access it.

would go ahead and record at no charge. Seems to have

couple of trustee sales I finished in King and Pierce County
for recording. I have a large contingent of private money
lender clients. Sending the deeds to a different large
corporate title company in King County and discovered they
won't do courtesy recordings (which I assumed) after sitting
around for about ten days. I didn't use the title company
who issued the sales guarantees because they were
incompetent missing a judgment and a seven-figure
subordinate deed of trust which would've not been noticed on
the trustee sale but for my digging around. I fired the
negligent title company.</span></p>
