Dear Listmates:

My family in Vancouver got a "Notice of Items in the Public Right
of Way" from the city of Vancouver for a "20201 Preservation ADA
Improvements (Group 2)" project indicating they're building an ADA
sidewalk ramp on her corner and she may want to remove encroaching
items (landscaping and fence) instead of them doing so free of
charge. She does have a fence that is probably encroaching. I've
got a copy of the city's Demolition Plan and Construction Plan.

Any tips on what I can look at either in her defense or finding a
contractor who can do it or a law firm that might be willing to
give me some direction on these questions?
