<p class="MsoNormal">It’s perfectly fine to mix property from multiple states in a single trust. If done right, it avoids probate in both states. WA Department of Revenue will not have an issue with situs of trust, the same way many businesses we work with
hold assets in a Delaware corp.<u></u><u></u></p>
