<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Looking for help on a residential real estate transaction. Let’s say the Title Report shows an exception for a judgment against the potential buyer. Suppose Buyer wants to ignore the judgment and just deal
with it later. Leaving aside the obvious fact that it should be dealt with because it is bearing interest at 12% per annum. Does the judgment creditor have rights they can easily assert against the property if it is not being used as a homestead? Force a foreclosure
sale? It seems unlikely, but I want to give the Buyer a realistic picture of the potential exposure by not paying off this judgment now. Thanks for your help.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
