I have done that too, just to get a LAWYER involved, then it is easy to get the bank to sign off its interest.  PS-You can save some money by NOT filing with the Court. Serve the Complaint and Summons first. You don't have to file until 14 days after a written

 demand. It allows easier termination too.</div>
