<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">I have done that too, just to get a LAWYER involved, then it is easy to get the bank to sign off its interest. PS-You can save some money by NOT filing with the Court. Serve the Complaint and
Summons first. You don't have to file until 14 days after a written demand. It allows easier termination too.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
