<p class="MsoNormal">I would think the real question is whether the speed bumps interfere with the use granted in the easement. If it’s for ingress and egress and the dominant owner can still use it for ingress and egress without any real interference (except
maybe slowing down), it might be a lot of time and $$ to fight out of spite.<o:p></o:p></p>
