However, I’m not sure I can help him with this but my curiosity is piqued. Anyone have good results in cases like this? Client can only park in it by having the back half stick into street. The new bike lane will be located next to curb In front of client’s house. Client was informed Client cannot park in client’s driveway due to the revision. Client was informed that driveway does not have a record for a curb cut permit, so its illegal anyways (The driveway has been there for decades, the house was built in early 1900s). </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false" style="font-size: 16px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false" style="font-size: 16px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">Client has a few back-in-forths with the city, but its going no where. Client feels like the city is taking away his driveway which will hurt property value. Client wants to know if there is a way to receive compensation from the city. </div></div><div><br></div><div>I’d like to know if anyone else has dealt with this issue successfully.
